Hi, I’m Penny and I’m a Birth Doula. I am a Peer Breastfeeding Supporter, have a current DBS and insurance. I cover Northamptonshire, but also supported mummies in Rugby, Leicester and Birmingham. My background was health and social care, I am a wiccan and a Reiki Master. I have 3 children, 2 gift daughters plus 5 grandchildren. I have been a birth partner multiple times, delivered a homebirth BBA, supported a vaginal breech birth and given pregnancy support following previous traumatic birth experience. All birthing women are goddesses and would be honoured to be part of your birthing journey.

I’m also a mum to two lively little boys, and I live in Solihull. My pregnancy, doula and postnatal services extend to Coventry, Warwick, Birmingham and surrounding areas. I believe that everyone should have access to the balanced information they need about their pregnancy and birth choices, and then be fully supported in whichever decisions they make. Alongside my partner Imogen our method is to provide you with the all the right support, reassurance and to ensure that you feel in control and loved. Here for you and your mental wellbeing! My name is Hannah, I'm a Mother & Solihull based doula currently being mentored. I cover the Solihull, Birmingham & Warwickshire area. I'm a qualified hypnobirthing teacher, specialising in positive labour & birth preparation courses to expectant people and their birth partners.

After having my son in 2020, and a positive birth and postpartum experience, it became my passion to help others try to achieve this, and is where my doula journey began. 

Outside of work I love getting out in the countryside, cooking, and music. I am also a qualified reiki practitioner which when I get time to practice I really enjoy!

I am a mentored birth and postnatal doula based in Bracknell, Berkshire, covering a radius of around 15-30 miles. My aim as a Doula is to provide practical, emotional and informational support to you during your pregnancy, birth and beyond. I believe if you are well informed and prepared before birth you will be more able to navigate the ups and downs of labour. Postnatally I can offer infant feeding support as well as practical help with all aspects of newborn care.
